These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Dog Trainer Suite, a software service provided by Lyne Technologies Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 13779728) with its registered office at Unit 29 Highcroft Industrial Estate, Enterprise Road, Waterlooville, England, PO8 0BT.

By creating an account or using Dog Trainer Suite, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Dog Trainer Suite

Dog Trainer Suite is an online platform for dog trainers to manage bookings, clients, dogs, documents and related business operations. The service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid plans.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the platform, its security or other users’ access.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing or features with at least 30 days’ notice for existing subscribers.

6. Data Storage

All customer data is stored securely within the United Kingdom. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to store and process your clients’ personal data in Dog Trainer Suite.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the platform remains the property of Lyne Technologies Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of the service.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, updates or security reasons.

9. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in respect of any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
